About my Gut Healing Protocol
I blend years of clinical experience with proven methods to support your journey to optimal gut health. My approach is rooted in the belief that a healthy gut is one of the key aspects in supporting overall health.
Firstly we will start with an initial assessment of your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors. This helps me understand your unique situation and tailor your protocol to your specific needs, I will do a thorough analysis of your food and hydration intake to assess any potential triggers and develop a customised protocol designed to take you through a process of stabilising gut health, reducing inflammation and diversifying your microbiome.

Summary of the gut health protocol
I generally do not perform extensive gut testing, while these tests can be useful in certain situations, they typically provide only a single snapshot in time and seldom alter the outcomes of my protocols. Instead, I focus on evaluating your current nutritional intake to identify any potential triggers and guide you through my protocols. In the initial stages which usually last between 2 to 8 weeks, I focus on the use of high-quality lipids, molecular hydrogen, pectins, and selected herbal formulas.
These components are carefully chosen to promote healthy digestive function and stabilise inflammation. After the initial period, I begin to introduce specific prebiotics and human milk oligosaccharides. These elements play a crucial role in kickstarting the diversification of the gut microbiome and encouraging the growth of beneficial bacterial species.
In addition I strongly encourage you to focus on nutrition and lifestyle protocols designed to retrain your circadian biology and enhance vagal tone. Towards the end of these protocols you will enter a reintroduction phase where I will guide you to diversify your diet. This step is critical for ensuring continued health and the ongoing diversification of your gut microbiome.
